Anyone know what song I'm talking about?

I'm totally obsessing over this country song that I heard a few years
ago. I really don't know much about it but it popped into my head and
I am obsessed with knowing what it is and listening to it.

all I have to go on is that it's about a girl who moves somewhere,
dyes her hair blonde, then has a change of heart and dyes her hair
brown again and moves back home...

I've been googling for like an hour but with so little to go on
nothing is coming up...

PLEASE HELP. now that it's in my head I have to hear it haha
I don't know any of the exact lyrics, either. I've tried to guess them
